Full Mouth Dental Implants - Harriman, NY
Why Wait On A New Set Of Teeth?
"I Don’t Have To Worry About My Dentures Falling Out Anymore Thanks To Dental Implants"
Same-Day Placement of Stunning, Perfect New Teeth
There are few things more awkward than having missing or damaged teeth. Tooth loss accelerates deterioration of the jawbone and gums, which leads to painful inflammation. If left untreated, this inflammation can result in chronic oral and systemic disease! Missing teeth also make it next to impossible to enjoy the foods we like, and many people feel embarrassed and self-conscious about smiling, or even about going out in public.
Fortunately, modern dentistry has provided a practical, affordable, almost immediate solution to missing teeth. With All-on-X dental implants, patients can come into our Harriman, NY office in the morning, and walk out on the very same day with a stunning set of brand-new teeth that solve up to 99% of the problems associated with tooth loss and decay.
Traditional Dentures vs. All-on-X Dental Implants
While dentures and implants provide the same basic purpose of replacing missing teeth, fixed implants are the far superior option for several reasons. First, dentures move slightly over time after they’re fixated on the gums; this movement results in friction on delicate soft tissue, leading to pain and inflammation, as well as accelerated bone and tissue loss. Fixed dental implants, on the other hand, are permanently anchored to the jaw via surgically placed titanium posts that never move, even after decades of use!
In addition to limiting your food options, dentures also require frequent maintenance, which can become costly over the years. While full mouth dental implants are more expensive up front, they often end up being the more economical option over the long term, due to their durability, longevity and nearly maintenance-free functionality. Fixed dental implants also allow you to eat the foods you love, and they can be maintained with regular brushing and flossing, just like your natural teeth.

The 3-Step Process to a Brilliant New Smile
Step 1: Speak With Our World-Class Doctors
The first step to obtaining a new set of dental implants is to call our office and speak with our specialized doctors at Harriman Family Dental. No two patients are the same, and this is especially true when it comes to the fitting and placement of surgical dental implants. Our team will take detailed X-ray images and impressions in order to fabricate comfortable, aesthetically beautiful restorations that fit flawlessly.
During your consultation, we will also guide you through the entire surgical process, and answer any questions you may have about your full mouth oral restoration. We work with patients on an individual basis, and we’ll discuss not only your oral health and smile goals with you, but also your overall wellness goals, in order to cater our implant procedure to you and your unique needs.
Step 2: Customized Implant Surgery
After your consultation, the next step of the implant process is surgical placement of the implant posts and attachment of the temporary restoration (replacement teeth). Our specialized implant team uses guided surgery for all implant procedures, allowing us to create the most accurate, precise, comfortably-fitting restoration possible.
We offer immediate load solutions on the temporary prosthesis, meaning you will walk out of our office with new, fully functional teeth on the same day of your implant surgery. Depending on the oral needs of each patient, we use either polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or acrylic for placement of the temporary restoration. If you have any questions about the consultation and/or surgical process for full arch dental restorations, don't hesitate to give us a call and speak with one of our implant specialists today.
Step 3: Placement of the Final Prosthesis
After several weeks to allow the implant post to heal and permanently fuse with the jawbone, you will be ready for placement of your final full arch restoration, which we fabricate from either state-of-the-art acrylic or a cutting-edge zirconia material. Placement of the final prosthesis is a simple outpatient procedure at our Harriman Family Dental office: you will come in, have your temporary restoration removed, and PMMA immediately be fitted with your final set of brand-new teeth!
We will also schedule follow-up appointments at this time, where we will check to see that adequate healing of the bone and soft tissue has taken place. Harriman Family Dental does not offer warranties on full mouth dental implants; however, as long as you come in for your follow-up appointments, you should enjoy decades of durable function with your new permanent restorations.
An Affordable, Practical Option For New Teeth
Fixing missing teeth isn’t just about looking better aesthetically. Oral health is directly related to systemic (whole-body) health, and having missing or damaged/decaying teeth can quickly lead to the development of chronic inflammatory disease, including an increased risk for serious conditions such as stroke, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
With full arch dental implants, you will not only perfect your smile, but you will improve your oral and systemic wellness, which will set you up for a lifetime of health and disease prevention.
At Harriman Family Dental, we take every possible measure to ensure that your dental implant procedure is as efficient, effective and comfortable as possible. We offer a full range of sedation options, meaning your procedure will be seamless and nearly pain-free. In fact, after the sedation wears off, many of our patients don’t even remember coming in for their procedure!
If you’re suffering from missing teeth or painful, confidence-sapping oral health problems, give our team a call today and take the first step toward achieving oral health and a brilliant new smile. Our implant specialists have the tools, technology and experience necessary to provide you with a magnificent set of new teeth in just a single visit to our Harriman, NY implant clinic!
